  • Granted ETA 9089 labor certifications from U.S. Department of Labor for Beneficiaries seeking employment-based adjustment of status to lawful permanent residence [I-551 “green card”]
  • Represented Fortune 500 clients in critical transfers of high-level executives and technical personnel to positions in related U.S. entities
  • Achieved successful reversal on appeal of USCIS decision to deny immigrant visa to spouse in family-based adjustment of status proceedings
  • Provided counsel to business entities on immigration-related worksite enforcement and corporate compliance considerations; provided internal audit procedures for immigration matters
  • Counseled academic institutions on non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters relating to professors, administrators, and technical personnel; oriented students and designated school officials in visa-related matters
  • Helped unite families on basis of marriage, parental or sibling relationships involving alienage; received approvals for cases involving Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals [DACA]
