Paul Watkins was graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. The same year, he was honored with membership in the Beta of Mississippi chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2006, he received his juris doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was the top graduate in his class.

     Mr. Watkins is married to the former Jessica Rinehart of Hernando, Mississippi.
